Reservations
Mail your $200.00 non-refundable deposit and signed contract to reserve the date for your event. A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt to guarantee the date. Remember dates have limited availability and book up fast so get your contract in as soon as possible to reserve your date.
Billing
Balance is due the day of the event, unless a credit account has been made. We accept cash, check or credit card.
Directions
Written directions of event location are due with final information to ensure a successful event.
Rain Policy
In case of rain, you may reschedule to another date at no additional charge
Cancellation
Any cancellation after 14 days prior date will be surcharged 50% cancellation fee of the estimated bill.
